STEP ONE:  Choose what STYLE you want, SINGLE LETTER or FULL MONOGRAM (FM). Three Single Letters are used to form Full Monograms.

Single Letter:  1 letter represents the last name

Full Monogram (kHr):  3 single letters – 2 small to represent first names, 1 large to represent the last name

STEP TWO:  Determine the letter SIZE you need based on the diameter of the cake’s top tier.  Most often, the height of the letter is the same as the width of the letter.

SINGLE LETTER sizes:  2 inch – 6 inch

* 4 INCH TOP TIER:  4” single letter

* 5 or 6 INCH TOP TIER:  5” single letter

* 8 INCH TOP TIER:  6” single letter or Full Monogram

FULL MONOGRAM LETTERS sizes:  2 inch – 6 inch

* 4 INCH TOP TIER:  2” first name letters; 4” last name letter

* 5 or 6 INCH TOP TIER: 2.5” first name letters; 5” last name letter

* 8 INCH TOP TIER:  3” first name letters; 6” last name letter

STEP THREE:  Select the FONT(s). Match the fonts used in your invitations or use your word processor to select your favorite fonts.

SINGLE LETTER and FM CONTEMPORARY:  Any font

FULL MONOGRAM:  We recommend using a scripted/curly font for the 1 large letter to represent the last name and a simpler font for the letters representing the first names

STEP FOUR:  Choose the Swarovski crystal COLOR - we recommend Clear as the letters sparkle and shine like diamonds!
